Shipping:

We provide free shipping for orders over $100, and all plants are shipped via USPS priority mail. If you prefer the upgraded UPS overnight option, please select it during checkout. By default, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to minimize any extended stays in shipping facilities over the weekend. For UPS overnight option, we will ship on Thursdays as well. If you have any questions or special requests regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact us.

Packaging:

We take great care and pride in preparing our packages. However, please note that for flowering/spiking orchids, the flowers and buds may dry out during transportation. Kindly be aware of this risk before placing your order. If you have any special needs, please don't hesitate to contact the seller. Thank you!

Temperature:

If you anticipate any weather conditions below freezing, please include a heat pack with your order. In the event of extremely cold weather, please inform us to hold your package until conditions improve. Customers are responsible for monitoring the weather and purchasing heat packs as needed. Please note that the shop is not liable for any heat or cold damage. Thank you.
